“Most of us have two lives: the life we live and the unlived life within us” – Steven Pressfield
What is on the other side of my fear?
People who jump out of airplanes for the first time go through a great deal of fear. Not simply before they jump or on the day, even days before sleepless nights and nightmares are common.
People have also reported that just a few seconds after the jump (or the push by the instructor)they feel total bliss, while still on their way down.
We are naturally wired to fear the unknown.
When we are in fear mode, our imagination can take us to some seriously dark places that rarely come to fruition.
But we don’t have to accept it.
By asking an uncommon question – “what is on the other side of my fear” – we can dilute and disable mind blocks that stand in the way of us moving forward.
Go on.. Tackle your fear with questions after questions. Walkthrough that door and keep going in the direction you want to.
